please help us it will be greatly appreciated!!

I have been disabled for two years now and i have epilepsy so bad my medicine dont even help all the way its gotten so bad my husband has to stay home with me i also have some other disabilities also.I have two beautiful little girls and right now we are struggling at paying our electric bill it just keeps getting higher i just dont know what to do!I have never asked for help and i think its kind of embarrasing but i am willing to do anything for my two little girls sake!If there is anyone out there could you please find it in your heart to help us it will be greatly appreciated and god will bless you so much thank you for your help alicia from arkansas
